Training with Lyle for the past two summers, has been the best choice I have ever made.

He pushes me to my limits each and every workout through his unique method of training and as result I have seen great improvements in my strength, power and speed. Whenever our team does fitness testing, I rank amongst the top in every category, which is a testament to Lyle's program. I would recommend that any athlete who wants to take their game to the next level (or anyone who wants to get in the best shape of their life), should workout with Lyle. He helped me achieve my dream of playing division 1 hockey and I know if you are willing to work hard, Lyle will drive you to obtain your goals too.
