About LD Fitness

Lyle and Ginette opened LD Fitness back in December 2008 with the sole purpose of providing Lyle with a quiet and comfortable environment in which to train his clients. We are a unique training studio, which offers our clientele a chance to train with Lyle and his staff in a nurturing environment. We offer one-on-one training as well as group classes. We consider our clients like family, working with a sense of camaraderie and celebrating each success.
