First Time?

Welcome to LD Fitness! We are glad you are checking out our website. Here is everything you need to know for your first time visit to the studio:

What to Bring

Bring your indoor running shoes and a water bottle (many clients bring small gym towels to use throughout their workout).

What to Wear

Wear your comfortable workout clothes that allow you to sweat and move comfortably (shorts, track pants, tank tops, athletic tops). Changing rooms and showers are available for your convenience.

What to Eat and Drink

Avoid eating a heavy meal before your workout; as well, don't come on an empty stomach because your body is going to need some fuel. It's best to eat a light snack around an hour before your workout, but every body is different.

When to Come

Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your first class. We need you to sign in and set up your station. Check out our class schedule!

The first class is always FREE!

Come out and try a class with us! We offer boot camps and cardio classes Monday-Saturday at many convenient times. As well, there are many package options available for purchase.

  1. If you plan on coming more than twice a week: We recommend purchasing our one month unlimited class package for $80/month (or $65/month with a year sign up)
  2. If you plan on coming once or twice a week: We recommend purchasing a 10-class pass or 20-class pass. Each pass gives you access to all classes at anytime. The passes do not expire and allow you to use them at your leisure! The 10 pack is $125 and the 20 pack is $225.
  3. You can always drop in: Drop in whenever you can! Drop in fee is $15
