Lyle Dennis

Lyle discovered his passion for fitness over 30 years ago and to this day gets tremendous satisfaction in helping others reach their fitness goals.

Simply put, Lyle's greatest joy is to help others.

Over the years, Lyle has fine tuned his training style, which can be described as both caring, patient and understanding while being challenging, demanding and effective at delivering great results. His reputation continues to attract clients that are not afraid of hard work or pushing themselves in order to achieve their goals. Lyle prides himself in being intuitive and creating unpredictable workouts tailored to his client's needs.

On a personal note, Lyle's journey with bilateral Meniere's disease (an inner ear dysfunction that affects his balance and mobility) has given him greater perspective and increased adaptability for helping his clients overcome obstacles. He has also become a great role model for not letting life's challenges keep you down. His communication skills have also improved tremendously along with his ability to identify and created unique training techniques to over-come physical challenges. To help Lyle function, our gym has been customized providing an environment with quiet music, soothing colours, and even indirect lighting. The cool thing is that this atmosphere is also beneficial for our clients in delivering a unique fitness experience!
