I am away in Windsor going to school for nursing right now but I cannot wait to get back to working out again this summer with Lyle at LD Fitness! I met Lyle a few years ago at a gym in Sarnia. He showed me many different techniques to working out and then when he opened up his own gym I jumped at the opportunity to go and train with him there.

Lyle is an amazing trainer who I would recommend to anyone. A great thing about Lyle is that he always has new exercises. He taught me new things every time I worked out with him. Not only did I see great results about myself but others did too. I did the bootcamp classes which were great with lots of variety. I also did one on one sessions with Lyle about three times per week continuously learning new exercises. Lyle pushed me very hard to obtain my goals and he did so in a very encouraging way. Lyle is a great trainer as well as a mentor. Lyle and the people who work there became like a family. They are all welcoming, kind hearted and continuously encouraged me to work hard. I always left feeling great about myself.
