My name is Jaime Hayes and I’m a working mom with 2 kids ages 6 and 4 so my time is limited.

If you put forth the effort with Lyle I guarantee you’ll get results! My last child was a c-section and I thought my abs were done! By being on Lyle’s program my abs are the best they’ve been. I look and feel better now then when I was 20. I’ve tried a lot of different workouts but none like this that give you the results in a fraction of the time. I’ve been a client of Lyle’s for almost 7 years now and my body just keeps getting better. His workouts are always challenging and different which keeps the workouts fun! I wouldn’t know what to do without LD Fitness!!
