Loaded Guacamole
Going to summer events like picnics and BBQ's are supposed to be fun! But what if you are trying to eat good and now you are stuck with all of this delicious non-nutritious food starring you down with friends encouraging you to eat more? Indulge in this loaded guacamole that is full of essential nutrients and perfect for munching on during these events without having to be the odd man out not eating!
Ingredients:
- 3 Avocados, mashed
- ¼ Cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tsp. cumin + more to taste
- 1 Tsp. chili powder
- ¼ Tsp cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Serve with raw veggies, organic blue corn chips, in a wrap, or as a topping on a salad.
