Plain no more!
Never thought there were so many ways to eat a rice cake did you?
- Lightly spread low fat cream cheese and cucumber
- Lightly spread low fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt and strawberries (or any berries of your choice!)
- Thin slices of cheese and red pepper
- Ham and cheese and cucumber (It's the new sandwich!)
- Peanut butter and bananas (or almond butter)
- Hummus and avocado
- Cottage cheese topped with nuts and seeds
- Pizza sauce then add your favourite toppings – cheese, mushrooms, ham and so on!
- Hummus and red pepper
- Tuna with green onion and yellow pepper
- Salsa, avocado and cilantro
- Warm goat cheese and roasted red pepper
Healthy food doesn’t have to taste like cardboard! Get creative and change plain into boring! By creating new recipes with all of your favourite healthy food you will never get bored plus your body will thank you!
