We are Back starting July 27, 2020

Dear LD Fitness friends,

We are thrilled to announce that as of July 27th 2020, we will be re-opening LD Fitness for personal training and Mon-Wed-Fri + Saturday boot camps!

Our top priority is the safety of our clients, staff and community. Which means that the next time you come in for a work-out, our Studio is going to look a little different.

Note the following changes:

  • We will be keeping the temperature cooler, as fans will not be on.
  • Our water cooler will not be available, so please bring water.
  • We will not be providing work-out towels, so bring your own.
  • Our locker-room and showers will not be open, but will have washrooms open which will be cleaned frequently.


 Clients Screening:

All clients will need to review our COVID-19 screening message and only sign-in for Personal Training or Bootcamp if no symptoms are present and have not tested positive or been in contact with a person that has tested positive or been outside of Canada in the last 14 days.


Personal Training:

We are contacting clients who had their training sessions cancelled due to COVID-19 to arrange new date/time, for those that are ready to resume. If you'd like to book a session and we haven't contacted you yet, please text Lyle at 519-384-5481 to book.

Please be aware that due to COVID-19 regulations, previous regular set scheduled times may need to be adjusted, as we will require additional time between each client to properly clean the space.

  • For personal training clients, when you arrive at the studio for your session, please text Lyle at 519-384-5481 and he will text you back when you can come in for your appointment.

We understand that things happen and schedules change, so if you need to cancel a session, please call or text us 12 hours ahead. Thank you!



At this time we will be offering our weight-sculpting classes on Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 2 outside classes on Saturday at 8:00 and 9:00am. We will delay resuming our Tuesday-Thursday cardio classes at this time, until we can safely offer them .

In order to maintain a 2m physical distancing, we are limiting the number of clients per BootCamp class to 9 people. Each person will have their own tapped-off area with a Bosu Ball, Mat and weights that we will pre-arrange and be completely cleaned between each class.

This will mean that you will need to let us know which classes you want to attend, so we can accommodate as many as possible. Please advise which days and time (you can add 1st time requested and 2nd time – in case your 1st choice is full) you want using one of these methods:

    • We will reply back with your spot confirmation
  • When attending your BootCamp clients, please plan to arrive no sooner then 15 minutes prior to class start time, following the signs posted in the entrance to get to your spot.



Please wear your own facemask when coming to the studio. Once you are in your training station, wearing a facemask during exercising will be at your discretion. Lyle, Ginette and Kayla will be wearing a facemask at the studio, unless we can safely maintain a greater than 2m distance.



We will be meticulously cleaning and disinfecting all fitness equipment, mats, door handles, debit/credit machine etc..



We will accept credit/debit card or e-transfer payments.


So much has happened over the past 4 months. One very exciting announcement is the safe arrival of sweet Scarlett Grace Zonneville. We are very happy for Christine and Chad! We are also happy to announce the addition of Kayla Bunda to our team, we will certainly keep her busy with lots of cleaning and greeting us at the front desk.
